The sound of the sun
The sound of the sun
A capture of the solar magnetic field has been made through two space probes (Patel, 2014; SPACE.com Staff, 2012; Cubadebate, 2012) these data have been converted to audible sound through a technique that has been used since December 2011 and was created by Robert Alexander, then a PhD student in Scientific Design at the University of Michigan in the United States. The other capture has been obtained by NASA through the data collected by the Heliospheric Observatory, this is with the aim of studying phenomena that cannot be observed with the naked eye, such as the dynamic movements of this star, "the waves they are traveling and bouncing inside the Sun, and if your eyes were sensitive enough they could see this", explained the associate director of science at the Division of Heliophysics Science, at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, Alex Young (HispanTV, 2018a; HispanTV, 2018b).
