Jokosher (Germain, 2011; Jokosher, 2012; Slice of Linux, 2009) is a free audio editor available for GNU/Linux, Solaris and Windows platforms, this editor supports LADSPA effects, multitrack and according to its developers, brings an intuitive interface. Among its capabilities, you can import ogg, mp3, flac and wav files, in addition to supporting GStreamer projects. For its installation you need GStreamer and Gnonlin as requirements.
