The Nokia company (El Comercio, 2014; Shoaee et al., 2013) and scientists from Queen Mary's University in London, work so that mobile phones can be charged through ambient sound, to make this possible, nanogenerators are used. The nanogenerators are made of zinc oxide, this material can create energy by deformation and although this procedure does not replace the traditional charge of the batteries, it can help to have more autonomy and reduce the frequency with which these devices have to be charged.
